Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

 

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 36-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

 

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND/OR TEXTS

 

 

As a courtesy, a reminder for your service appointments will be sent out two days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

If there comes a time you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know. It is our utmost concern to maintain happy guests!

 

Guests receiving hair color services must use professional home care products to guarantee their color results.  We will be happy to schedule you with a corrective service within 2 weeks at no charge.

 

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we will happily give an exchange or a store credit if it is returned with your receipt.

 

 

For your information:

  • Gratuities are not included in the service pricing.

  • Complimentary consultations are available for all services.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • No refunds are given on gift certificates.

  • Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

 

 

SPA ETIQUETTE

When visiting the spa, arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. To accommodate every one of our guests, arriving late may shorten appointment times.

 

If you are having a facial or other spa services, consider adding a shampoo and blow dry to your day. 

 

Please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule waxing or pedicure appointments if the service may pose a threat due to existing skin or nail conditions.

 

  • We do not allow the use of cell phones in our spa.

  • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa.

  • Children in the salon not receiving services must be supervised by an adult.
